Our Mission
By the grace of Almighty God, it has completed a decade of social service in both rural and urban areas, particularly in the northern regions of Pakistan and the underprivileged communities of Karachi. The organization has also responded to emergencies across the country, including the catastrophic cyclonic devastation along Sindh’s coastal areas in 1999, the global COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and the devastating floods that struck later the same year—mobilizing attention, support, and relief for those affected.
Guided by its mission statement, “Services without Discrimination,” Karsaz Trust has stepped forward with its humble and limited resources to support those in need and contribute to the relief and rehabilitation of affected communities.

Founder Karsaz Trust
The late Founder Chairman of Karsaz Trust, Mr. Akhlaq Ahmed, was among the few individuals who reached out to the most remote and underserved areas with the initial aim of organizing free medical camps and distributing food supplies. This initiative began after his repeated visits to these communities, where he personally witnessed their hardships and the severe lack of healthcare services. Today, this effort has evolved into one of the most recognized and well-organized programs of Karsaz Trust, now extending its reach to other parts of Pakistan.
A true embodiment of the saying, “Actions speak louder than words,” Mr. Akhlaq Ahmed reflected faith, humility, dedication, and unwavering commitment. Even while serving as an elected Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA), he would attend parliamentary sessions by traveling on local buses and sometimes riding a motorcycle—an enduring symbol of his honesty, simplicity, and integrity.
